How long does a GLOUPP take?

Most straightforward projects are completed over a few weeks rather than months. Timing depends on the size of the website and how quickly feedback and content are supplied. We agree the expected timeline before starting.

Do I own everything?

Yes. Finished brand files are yours and, wherever possible, domains, hosting and email accounts are created in your name.

Are there monthly GLOUPP fees?

No mandatory GLOUPP retainer. External services such as hosting, domains or Microsoft 365 may have their own ongoing charges, paid directly to those providers.

What if I already own my domain?

Perfect. We can work with what you already have and only change what actually needs changing.

Do I have to change my company name?

Absolutely not. Most businesses don't. GLOUPP is about improving how the existing business is presented, not changing the business for the sake of it.

What do you need from me?

Usually your existing logo and files, business information, photos of your work and some straightforward feedback. We'll tell you exactly what is needed before work begins.

Do you work with new businesses?

Yes. If you're starting from scratch, the Start-up GLOUPP builds your identity, website, domain email and online presence properly from day one.
