Terms

Third-party services such as domain registration, hosting and Microsoft 365 subscriptions are paid directly by the customer. GLOUPP does not add a margin to them. Where possible, accounts are created in the customer's name and ownership.

Prices start from £1,995. Anything outside the Full GLOUPP is quoted separately.

Every project is confirmed in writing before work begins: what is included, what it costs and roughly how long it will take. A deposit is payable to book the work, with the balance due on completion and handover.

Once the balance is paid, the finished brand files, website and accounts belong to the customer. Logins are handed over so the business is never locked in to GLOUPP.

Timelines depend on how quickly we receive content, photographs and feedback. Additional work requested after the scope is agreed is quoted separately and only started once approved.

The customer confirms they have the right to use any logos, photographs or copy they supply. GLOUPP is not liable for the availability of third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers or Microsoft 365.
