When you send us an enquiry we store the details you give us — your name, business name, website, email, phone number, message and any file you attach — so we can reply to you.

We don't sell your details and we don't add you to a marketing list without asking.

If you'd like your details removed, email hello@gloupp.digital and we'll delete them.

We keep enquiry details only for as long as they are useful — while we're talking, and for our records if the project goes ahead. Enquiries that don't lead to work are removed once they're no longer relevant.

Details are stored securely on our hosting and database provider and are only seen by GLOUPP. We don't share them with anyone else except where we're legally required to.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@gloupp.digital.
